Sunrise Process Corporation, an independent sales agency, sells and markets custom chemical process equipment solutions to the process industry for principals without a sales force, in the northeastern USA. Our present product program is embodied into the areas of filtration, drying, heat transfer, isolators, mixers, vessels, reactors, cookers, pharmaceutical validated washing, dust control, and environmental solutions. Scope of supply to our customers can be custom applied proprietary technology, engineered components, or a modular system. Full engineering support services from our principals, from application screening, pilot plant testing, start-up services and spare parts sales are provided. Our principals' products are sold to approximately 100 key customers; historically who are "end users", along with engineering firms and architects. Sales are heavily concentrated to large firms. Sunrise Process differentiates itself from our competitors by offering products; solutions and services of superior relative quality to identified target markets as follows: Concentrating and selling the "best solution" to a relatively narrow target market niche based upon specialized product programs. To the extent practical, offer a broad range of related "solutions" (problem solving), within specialized market niches, so that we are known as "The Source" for the particular type of problem solutions. By being the best at selectively screening and solving customers' difficult problems. Providing products of top quality, which translates to tangible in-use performance values to our customers.
